I will verify your insurance information to provide you with a "good faith estimate" of charges based on your individual plan or benefits. 

Payment accepted:

• Cash or card (out-of-pocket rate or co-pay amount)

I can provide an invoice or "superbill" for clients with insurances that I am not currently in network with. You may be able to submit this as a claim to your provider for reimbursement or towards your out-of-pocket deductible.
