FAQs

How can I find out more to see if you are the right therapist for me?

I offer a free 15-20 minute phone consultation for potential clients to give you a chance to ask questions and see if we are a good fit.

How do payments work?

I am currently in network with United Healthcare and Cigna Healthcare. I will verify your insurance plan information to provide you with a good faith estimate of charges based on your individual plan and benefits. I accept self-pay at an out-of-pocket rate and can provide invoices or "superbills" for clients with insurance to submit to their insurance provider or towards their deductible.

When are you available?

I meet with clients during the day, afternoons, and occasionally in the evening. You can always call me and I can let you know what appointment slots are open.

What should I expect as we get started?

In our first meeting, we will review paperwork, questions and expectations. Then we will build rapport while we discuss your history, the current issue you want to address, and what goals you would like to work towards in our sessions.
